Glow Worm Safari Tent
Glow Worm
Safari Tent
The Glow Worm is a beautifully furnished Safari Tent which sleeps 5. It has two separate rooms, one with a king size bed and another with a bunk. The bunk room can fit a single fold out camp bed and the king room has enough room for a travel cot too (provided on request).
We all love a good night's sleep so the bedrooms are all made up and ready for your stay. Your Safari Tent comes with a welcome pack containing complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and a pint of milk. Breakfast hampers are also available to order either by request (with 24hr notice) or at the time of booking your stay. A complimentary basket of logs will also be provided (more available if required from the honesty shop).
Dogs are welcome at Brackenhill Glamping for a small surcharge of £10 per dog (two dogs maximum per tent) with the exception of assistance dogs. We ask that they are kept on leads in the glamping field as our chickens and cats are often found wandering around the Safari Tents. We also provide a large dog bed, dog towel, two bowls and a dog welcome pack.

Noise
We are in a quiet rural area over-looking a village. The church bells are quite noisy! They sound on the hour and there is bell ringing on a Sunday morning and Thursday evening. If the wind blows from the north (not prevailing) it is possible to hear traffic on the A38. This is more noticeable at night. We are surrounded by farms so farm machinery may be working at any time. Cockerels can be heard in the early morning and the sound of children playing in the neighbouring primary school during term time.
Bee Hives
We have local bee hives but none in the field which contain the Safari Tents.
Animals
We are not a farm but we currently have a few chickens and a couple of cats that may visit the glamping field. We have seen deer, foxes and badgers in the field
